Abstract :

Area of consideration is located in the west of mashhad and zone of binaloud. Mashhad granitoid with injection in district metamorphism rocks in the extent of green schist facies as schists and philits have caused their contact metamorphic. It is possible to refer to garnet as one of indicator mineral existing in the metamorphism area. At least 3 kind of garnet was observed in microscopic sample. They have chemical zoning, with kind almandine-spessartine. Eventully as the result of magma contamination with hast rock (schists and philite) and entrance quantities of Mn and Fe of hast rock to the magma in part of crystallization front of granitoid body, garnets were created.
