Abstract :

Investigation of the grouting effect in dam making is one of the most important participles of grouting operation. Investigation the rock mass hydraulic behavior before and after grouting is the best way to determine the effect of grouting. This comparison has been carried out on Siazakh dam to characterize the grouting effect. According to this comparison, laminar flow is dominant behavior about 80 percent. This shows the grouting operation is completely effective and the dam bottom layer has been perfectly impermeable.
