Abstract :

60 Kilometers of Kashmar to Neishabour road is in mountainous area, so rock and soil slopes overhang to the road. In some part of road height and surface angle of slopes are high; therefore sensitivity analysis for parameters is done. Results show that generally slopes are stable but safety factors aren’t very high and there is a direct relation between safety factor and cohesion and friction angle of soil. Based on pseudo static analysis slopes become unstable when acceleration of earthquake reaches to 0.2g.
