Abstract :
Geoelectrical resistivity Method the with the Schlumberger array is one of the better ways of investigating the underground level. Much difference between the electric resistance of hydrated layers and that of the covering layer and its basin rock causes hydrated layer be distinguished from surrounding layers using this method. In this study, the reservoir and foundation of Rikhan underground dam is investigated using Geoelectricd Method in which the minimum amount of apparent resistivity. in west and surroundings of the soundage is 10. The water level of this region in trough of the rivers ranges between 9.5 and 10.5m and the general slope of the basin rock is towards south and west.
