Abstract :

Abderaz Formation is one of the Upper Cretaceous Formations in the Kopet-Dagh basin,Northeasthern of Iran.
This Formation in Hamam-ghaleh section has 312m thickness .this study,is first Palynologic study on Abderaz Formation.after studing Palynological slides of 44 collected samples,oxygen variation and sedimentation rate during accumulation of this Formation were studied considering three main groups of palynological elements
including: Palynomaceral, Palynomorph, Structure-organic matter (SOM) and some ecological factors such as
(T)som/(Op)som and SOM/Mp and Lability. Study on this factors indicates totally amount of oxygen had been low and Lbility rate had been variable, Increase of this factor with increase of Palynomorphs in numbers of samples indicator keep organic matter.
