Abstract :
Ammonites of late Jurassic strata in two sections at Dahaneh-Heydari and Bojnow (Neyshabour NW) have been studied. According to this study we have reported 7 genera and 35 species from Perisphintidae family and from which 12 species are reported for the first time in Iran. Based on the Ammonite fauna 7 biozones are recognized that corrolate with Sub Mediterranian biozons. The fauna indicates Late Oxfordian - Kimmeridjian stages for these deposits.
