Abstract :

In the south Kashmar Cenozoic sediment deposits have been folded. The trend of axial trace of folds, parallel with segments of Doruneh fault system and shown three different trends. Based on field studies and measurements on these folds created by folding related to faulting in the B group and it is unsymmetrical with low slop in the north limb and high slop in the south limb. These folds have a tendency to northeast-southwest in the western part, eastern-western in the central part and northwest-southeast in eastern part. The trend of these parts looks like segments of Doruneh fault system. The wavelength of folds are decreases from east to west but the domain of folds are increases.
