Home » ArticlesArticlesThe study of Chaman Bid formation Amonits in East of Sedimentary_Stractural Kopet_ Dagh basinWriters : Hoseinioun,Maryam Refference : The 21st Symposium on geosciences;Tehran Publishing Year : 1381 Abstract : Lithology of Chaman_bid Formation contained fine cristall limesone with marly shale and light grey marl.Attached to preparing of geological map of Bazangan(1:100000),Many ammonites were collected from the areas such as :Hendel abad ,Narband ,Ordolook,Bazangan,Miamay and nearby Ghorban village.According to studies on them ,4 Superfamily,11 Family,14 Subfamily and 43 Genera were recognized.Based on this resultes,the age of Caman-bid Formation is Upper Bajocian to Lower Tithonian.
