Abstract :
Dehsalm porphyritic granitoids belong to the Lut Block volcanic-plutonic belt of central eastern Iran. Major alterations include Sericite+Argillic, Chlorite+Calcite, Tremolite+Actinolite+Chlorite, Sericite+ Tremolite+Actinolite, Chlorite, Epidote, Sericite+Chlorite, Tremolite+Actinolite+Calcite and silice. Ore elements such as Mo, Cu, Au, Pb, Zn, As, Sb, W, Sn, Cd, Be are anomalous and related to the silica veins with the trend of 150 and 60 degrees and metasomatic rocks. Intrusive rocks are Quartz Monzodiorite, Monzonite, Diorite and Granite and classified as volcanic arc granites, high-K calc alkaline to shoshonite rocks. Similar trends on Harker diagrams for several major oxides, suggesting a common source for and evolution of their magmas. Primitive mantle normalized trace element spider diagram display strong enrichment in LILE such as Rb, Sr, Ba, Zr, Cs and depletion in some high field strength elements (HFSE) e.g. Nb, P and Y. On chondrite normalized plots, display significant LREE enrichments and high degrees of fractionation; La/Yb > 21.5-31. The lack of Eu anomaly is evident on the REE condrite normalized diagram. Sr/Y and La/Yb of Dehsalm intrusives are respectively 31.6-72.2, 21.5-33.5 that cover characteristic features of adakites and are clearly evident on Sr/Y-Y and La/Yb-Yb discrimination diagrams.
