Abstract :

Study area is located north east of Torbat-Jam (Khorasan Razavi Province). This region is placed as part of Central Iran zone. Major geology units are shale and sandstone (Jurassic). Outcrops of Marl, limestone, basalt, andesite, trachy andesite, tuff and agglomerate with rhyodacite and quartz monzonite dykes can be seen. In study area, mineralization has occurred as veins and veinlets. Based on geochemical analyze of stream sediments As, Sb, Pb, Fe, Sn, Ni, Co, Ban ad B show anomalies.
Selective samples from vein and soil show increase in amount of some elements.
Similarity mineralization at west of study area is a guidance for detail exploration.
