Abstract :

Terigenus sediments equivolent to a part of shemshak formation are outgrouped in a region from the west of mashhad in the vicinity of Aman-Abad village (to the South of Mashhad) to as for as Ferezi (North West of Mashhad).
The age of these sediments is represented Lias-Dogger in geologica Map of Mashhad (Scalle 1250000) and Dagger-Maim in geological map of Mashhad(Scalle 1:100000).
This study suggest a survey relating to the age of sedimentary layers on the basis of flora with the age of Toarcion-Aalenia being investigat in Shandiz area.
