Abstract :
In northeast Iran the seismically active zone is Kopeh Dagh. Focal mechanism solution are predominantly strike _ slip faulting and sometimes have a NE _ SW direction and focal depth for earthquake are mostly less than 30 km. The city of Bojnord with Eastern Longitude and Nothern Latitude is located in the zone of kopeh Dagh.
