Abstract :
In this paper, tectonic activity structural elements (faults and folds) of the central Kope Dagh zone has been studied. Morpho and neotectonics investigations show that the region’s folds are currently experiencing new uplifting. Also, the faults of the study area have recent activities. The activity rate of these faults has been classified. In this classification, various criteria such as evidence of quaternary activity, recorded large earthquakes, density of micro-earthquakes, fault length, the width of shear zone have been adapted. The regions faults have been divided into three groups: low, medium activity and high activity rates.
