Abstract :
The Quatemary fault of north Mashhad is the continuation of the Toos fault, which passes through north of city. This fault results in the uplifting of many bedrock in north of Mashhad and has disconnected the sedimentary relationship between the main Kashafroud river and the alluvial sediments in south.
