Abstract :

In this study, two stratigraphic sections have been choosen in the Gurab area. The Microscopic studies are issued to recognition and separation of various groups of Calcareous algae. Some of them presented the first time. In addition the calcareous algae are applied not only in determination of age but also important bathymetric indicators.on the basis of their abundance and distribution can be used for distinguishing and separating the different depositional subenvironments.
