Abstract :
Our Studies on Ultramafic - Mafic rocks at East of Torbat-e-Jam- Fariman lineament, northeast of Iran have revaled some evideneces which demonstrate their volcanic subvolcanic origin. These evidence together with available geochemical data on ultramafic -mafic rocks indicates their komatiitic affinity. Ultramafic rocks appear as pillow, bracciated and massive lava flows whreas mafic rocks can be see rather as sills and have different fabrics . moreover inspite of ultramafic rocks they have some Ti bearing minerals .Here, on the basis of disequilibriated textures ,frequently can be see in both ultramafic and mafic Fariman's rocks we have suggested the presence of a super heated parent magma. This claim might be more documented on the basis of a few electron microprobe analysis data on olivines, from an Ultramafic lava of northeast of Fariman,in this respect we have used the average of olivme's Fo content to assey MgO content of erupted melt and also it's temperature , these value are 18.53% and 1430°C respectively. This temperature is higher than a Subduction or even a Morb environment's temperature and rather is similar to hot spot environments.
