Abstract :

The amount of strain x achieved N178 in the Shah bad field and its Quaternary folding axis is N 120, indicating 58 degrees clockwise rotation as being in a dextral shear system. The gradual exerted regional movements are confirmed by studying the curved and elongated blocks as a result ofjoining the fracture systems in the region.
The dynamic local pattern is not just a kind of simple shear, but it is undergone the pressure and local shortening coincident with shear exertion. The energy in Quaternary is used to increase and displacing the former fractures without any new growth trend.
