Abstract :

Textural nad mineralogical studies clearly demonstrate a type of calcic metasomatism for conversion of basic dykes to rodingites.
We know that serpentinization of olivine and orthopyroxenes in harzburgites and lherzolites and release Ca+2 of their structure.
This cations can not be accommodated in serpentine crystal structure, therefore, they are concentrated in the fluid associated with serpentinization.
