Abstract :
In this study, the importance and level of seismic hazards including of acceleration in seismic bed rock and ground surface, soil resonance period, liquefaction and instability ground susceptible in Mashad city area are introduced. The results of this study shown that the horizontal acceleration for return period of 475 years that is obtained to be 0.1 8g will be amplified up to two times in central part of city. The resonance period increased from west to east and south and north to center of city.
