Abstract :
Many factors such as topography, lithology, hydrology, hydrogeology and geomorphology are affected in the site selection of dams. Hence, in some cases we are have to perform dam constructions in week rocks or soils, therefore we should try to do the best design in order to achieve the best results. In the case of non suitability of earth and the place of dam and based on the application of dam, we should change the site dam for achieving good results. In this research work, attempt has been done on the soft rocks. To show the effect of engineering geology problem in weak earth related to dam construction. For example, the site of Changuleh dam reservoir in studied.
