Abstract :

in this study for the propose of dating and defining the sedimentary environment samples have been taken in the several location of 1:25000 sheet of Baba aman. Based on the identified fossil samples and stratigraphic position, the mentioned formation that located between two Shorjeh and Sarcheshmeh formations have been aged Neocomian-Abtian. Totally 4 sedimentary cycles have been proposed included: A cycle: subtidal zone. B cycle: intertidal zone. C cycle: lagon. D cycle included two parts: 1. Lagon coast(supratidal zone) 2. Deltaic environment.
