The current methods being used in the chemistry lab are generally divided into two basic groups: wet chemistry (instrumentally & non_instrumentally) & anhydrous methods.
Anhydrous methods are: using X-Ray at various powers in which X-ray fluorescence is applied for quantitative & semi-qualitative analysis of distinct elements.
In wet chemistry in order to make samples soluble, two methods( acidic digestion & alkaline) are being employed. The solved samples used in instrumental methods as follows:
The non-instrumental methods are: titration & gravimetry.
