Abstract :

Barium Titanate,a polycrystalline material as a piezoelectric, has two end members crystalline phases
with gratuated transition which can be identified by Xray- diffraction powder method and measuring thE Coupling coeffient as a Landau factor by displacement and Intensity of some peaks on diffractogram based or ,symmetry- dissymmetric transition about curie point.
