Abstract :

Cr 2 (SO4) 3. 17H2o and Cr2 (S04) 3. 14 H 2 0 compounds are two crystaline substances. These were synthesized and examined by chemical, X- ray diffraction, crystallographic, and optical methods. ft was realized that the first substance which crystallizes in triclinic system is an isotype of alunogene Al 2 (SO 4) 3. 17 H 2 0, and the second which crystallizes in orthrombic system is an isotype of Al 2 (SO 4) 3. 14 H 2 0
