relation with neibour countries

Out of Boundaries projects:

The management / managing board of north –east Geological survey has put an attempt to make technical & scientific connect ions with the neighboring countries such as Afghanistan, Tajikistan & Turkmenistan.

The focus of collaboration was on geological studies & exploratory issues for the operation at private sector .this job had been done by means with sending a resume of this organization capability to the office of the ministry at foreign Affairs in Mashhad, attending a meeting with the director & its assistant at the North –east office at foreign Affairs.

Consequently the above-mentioned office has announced and awarded Tajik & Afghan sides of what they had received from the Geological Survey, so that they have declared their own readiness to make the bridges & start the cooperation. There was also a meeting with Afghan Minister of mining & industry so that he has utterly welcomed the presence of Iranian experts in the fields of geology & exploration in his favor country. For this reason, it was appointed to take the necessary steps through the Iranian office at foreign affairs.

In this case, besides, the Tajik head of chamber of commerce of industry & mining & his accompanying paned made a visit at Geological survey asked for trade-scientific –business hopefully stated that the cooperation would commence as soon as possible.

Eventually the Geological survey in a letter in response to the letter of Iranian Embassy in Dushanbe –Tajikistan announced its readiness to have invited Mr. Azim Ibrahim the head of Tajik geological survey & Mr.Ganabil Moradollah who is a specialist for a six –day visit at geological surveys in Tehran & Mashhad on May 17th, 2006. Through the efforts made by as economic specialist in Iranian embassy, the visit took place on 02/05/2006. The Tajik guests visited the geological survey of Mashhad. Arghash-Nishaboor gold project & Deh-Gheibi ornamental granite mine & thanked / appreciated the scientific –practical abilities at this organization. We hope to see soon the exchange of data & services in this field.
