Abstract :
The area under study is situated within 35 -120 km southwest of Bardaskan (Khorasan). From (Zeber-Kuh mountains of Tabas block ).
In this area, granitoid rocks are intruded into a complex of metamorphic rocks and lay along shear zones. located in the central Iran zone uted to Precamberian and absolute ag ا Magmatism has been attrib estimated at 800 m.y.a. (oral Hooshmand-Zadeh). All rocks which are tectonized and .crushed can be observed both in field and microsopic sclale.
Out of 135thin sections which have been investigated ,granitoid rocks can be categorized to the following classes; monzogranites, quartz monzonites ,granites syenoganites, granodiorites and quartz syenites.the common textures are of following .types; granular, microgranular, porphyrogranular porphyritic microgranular, graphic . poikilitic, perthite and antiperthite
Amphibolite enclaves, which have been seen in the granitoides are tens of meters ir .t and lenticular form
Magmatic rocks belong to calcalkaline se ries, and lacking any special linear trend variation diagrams. Granitoid rocks studied in this area are genettically I -type Taking shand-index into consideration ,these rocks also meta alumin. From mineralogical and geochemical stand point and tectonic setting ,granitoid rocks reprsent simi granitoids of orogenic regions. According to this similarity can be concluded thet these . rocks are AVG ,POG and late - orogenic ype
The tectonomgmatic pattern indicates subduction zone with high dip of benioff su . n the northern border of the central Iran microplate during Precamberian time Therefore a magmatic arc, back -arc basin and for-arc basin were formed in the area.eugeocinclinal assemblege, which causes volcano-sedimentary formation in the back -arc basin host Deh-Zaman iron deposit as stratiform type.
