Abstract :

The studied area is located in North West of Mashhad city, between Quchan and shirvan towns, in the central of kopet-dagh basin.
Among of kopet-dagh stratigraphic unites, these formation are outcropped, follow as: Shurijeh: including red bedded sandstone and conglomerate, Tirgan: contained thick bed limestone, Sarcheshmeh: including marl and sandstone. This formation are made destiny for landslide.
With regard to consideration and recognize hazard area, at first we compare different method of ranking landslide and select major factors of movement and then processes satellite data for separate hazard area. Major factors are lithology, fault and land use. These elements are directly and perfectly by satellite data, and another layers are compound (same as slop, underground water and annual raining). After that overlying all of layers and exploration susceptible area for landslide, These areas are Shahjahan, Farooh, Dolatkhsne, Ghooshkhane, Jirestan, Sivkanloo.
