Abstract :
kuh-e-zar area is situated about 41km. west of torbate-heydariyeh and 5km south of fadiheh village, this area belongs to north Darouneh fouh plutono-volcanic belt (Eocene and yanger than it) RhyohitIc and andesitic pyroclastic and lava flows (Eocene) are widespread all over in the area. Granite, granodiorite and quart2 monzoite bodies are exposed in the northern part of the area the magmatic series of these rocks i5 !!ا On the petrogenetic v .caic-alkalin magma that generated in subduction zone Mineralization is being Controlled by the faults and faJIt5 intersections. Faults are trending N65E and the second series N11OE Type of mineralization is quartz, hematite (specularite), gold and less .than chalcopyrite. Propilitization and silicifiation are abundant, but minor argillie alteration are present, as well. Magmatic solution, rich ir gold and some copper , but highly oxidizing and low in sulfur, are .present, these are originated from the intrusive rocks.
