Abstract :

The Kopet Dagh basin, situated in the north and northest of Iran. is one of the important sedimentamy basin In our counrty
. In this basin that contains about 55 000 square Kilometres(about 3/3 percent from total cxtent of country) without any considerable gaps,sedimentation from Jurrassic to Teritary has continued.
In addition ,this basin contains the larg part of Turkemeenia and north Afghanestan 54 Time franian part's of this basin boundered by 30 35;to 38,15; north latitude and to 61, 13 east longitude :Sections had studied from outcrups of Abderaz formation in this project is following.
1- Sheikh synclin sectoin: This section located at the center of kopet Dagh between the villages Ghale `zo and Sorkh `zo in the north of Shirvan. this section occurs at a distans of 20 Kilometers from north Shirvan. This section is situated in the geogogical map of Bojnord ( scale 1/250,000) .
2- Mozdoran pass section: This section located at a distance of 90 kilometers from .Mashhad- Sarakhs- road
3- Abderaz village section:In the place of the Abderaz village that is located in the northwest of mozdoran pass
4- Padeha village section: This section is located near of the padeha village at a distance of 25 kilometers from southest of mozdoran pass.
5- Tirgan village section :This section is located approximately near of the tirgan 70 village from community of Darrehgaz township. Tirgan village at a distance of .kilometers from Darrehgaz township.
In the total of eastern section of Abderaz formation is rested disconformably above the disconformnably above the Aitamir formation amid conformably below the Abtalkh formation. In this project, Abderaz formation is? studed in the variety of Echiodea in limit of genius and species. Zonaition with use of them, determination of microfacies and sediment environment with use of thin section and consideration of The eastern part of Abderaz formation contains abundant Echinoidea, Inoceramoui and Aminonite, and the western part contains Inoceramus yet with . obsarvation . and , concenteration to total of fossills age of formation determins Turonian, Coniacian Santonian.. biostratighraphy
Totally in these sections moorthan 4oo speciments of macro fossils (Echinoids andMollusca) have been collected for the paleotological study and 25 Samples for the .preparing of thine sections and microfacies study Wholly 8 genus and 12 species of Echinoids with 3 species of information of inoceramous(from Mollsca) have been introducted and then chart rang from this determination is drawed.
Moreover 4 number stratigraphic column that are drawed form different sections an .corrolated with together Species (Micraster Leske4 Mic cortestudinarium Mic. cf corbovis , Mic decipiens Mic. senonensis, cyclaster declivus, leiostomaster gentili, Hemiaster. cf texanus) have been reported for the first time in Abderaz formation from these section as so from iran. Microfacies study of the thin sections, indicated Deep shelf margin or Basin . And two tandard margin environment microfacies (MFS) 2 and 3 (from wilson `s Model).
